My daughter’s central AC stopped working in her half of our duplex on a Friday . She called Platt’s and Rob came out first thing Sunday morning! He repaired her air handler blower and the AC is back on again. Amazing service by Rob and at a reasonable price. He went above and beyond to fix the blower mount, when I’m sure most other companies (and I know from experience) would not have taken the time. I will definitely recommend this company and have already told Rob that I will call them for future maintenance and service of our 2 other units and other family members home’s service. First time using Platt’s, but not the last.

We have had our AC/Heat serviced with Platt for several years and they always provide excellent service . I know they have been really busy with Hurricane Milton , but when my AC thermostat broke , they came out the very next morning. My technician was Dalton. He was polite and extremely competent. He was able to install my new smart thermostat and help me get on line (I don't have the highest tech skills lol). My house is cool and I am a very happy and appreciative customer.

No AC in THIS WEATHER! 90'S DURING THE DAY - OVER 101 HEAT INDEX AND HUMIDITY OVER 80% DAILY.

Joey was out on time to our condo this morning. We have had an ongoing problem with AC "backing up" and not dripping outside. We have had someone out before and they seemed to just put a bandaid on the problem. Joey went above and beyond to identify what was happening over and over and completely took care of it. He explained very well how to prevent this from happening in the future. Joey deserves a big raise.

We just purchased a new home in Melbourne. We couldn’t get the air-conditioning to work and we were quite sure it was a thermostat issue. Beth coordinated with my daughter, immediately sent Randy out and the issue was resolved in less than 10 min. Super friendly and helpful.

my bedrooms were not cooling as they should. I called and spoke with . He stopped by the next day to assess the situation. They installed the system when the house was built, a little over 20 years ago. He was familar with my community. To my luck, it was a simple fix by adjusting all the vents. The vent closest to the thermostat was blowing on the thermostat, which was causing the system to shut off prematurely. He went around my house and adjusted all of my vents. He educated me the entire time he was here. He was wonderful! Now that is great customer service!
